Spa Party Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing Heavenly Therapeutic Massage! We look forward to helping make your event relaxing and memorable. Please review our booking policies below.
Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date and time.
- Your reservation is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival on the day of your event.
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, cash, or other approved payment methods.
Guest Count
- Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours before your event.
- Any additional guests requested after confirmation are subject to therapist availability.
Travel Fee
- A travel fee may apply depending on your event location.
- Travel outside our standard service area may incur additional charges.
Setup
- Please provide a clean, safe, quiet, and climate-controlled space for services.
- We arrive approximately 20–30 minutes early to set up.
- Clients are responsible for providing adequate parking when available.
Massage Services
- Each guest will receive the massage time selected in the package.
- Massage times include transitions between guests to stay on schedule.
- Guests should complete any required health forms before their session.
Health & Safety
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy before receiving services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if massage is not considered safe.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event may transfer the deposit to a new date within 60 days, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
- If the host or guests are late, massage sessions may be shortened to keep the event on schedule.
- The full event fee still applies.
Children
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times unless they are receiving services with parental consent.
Alcohol & Conduct
- Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted before massage services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
- Respectful behavior toward all therapists is expected.
Gratuity
- Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Many clients choose to tip 18–20% for exceptional service.
Liability
- Heavenly Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
Weather & Emergencies
- Severe weather or emergencies may require rescheduling for the safety of guests and therapists.
